Upcruit started with a simple observation: so many startups were building incredible products, but struggling with people problems—hiring, compliance, payroll, and policies that took up too much time and energy. We knew there had to be a better way.

Our founding team came together with one shared goal: to create a smarter, more affordable approach to HR. With years of experience in people management and startup operations, we decided to build the kind of HR support we wished existed when we were in the same shoes.

We’ve worked out of co-working spaces, launched ideas with lean teams, and sat on both sides of the interview table. That’s why every solution we offer—from recruitment to payroll to performance systems—is designed to be flexible, founder-first, and easy to implement.
